Exhibiting at the GSCA Conference will put you in touch with hundreds of Counselors throughout the state of Georgia. They will come to learn, gather ideas and shop. Many will cite that the exhibit area at the GSCA Conference is among the Conference highlights. This creates a prime opportunity for exhibitors to make a strong impression.

If you are wishing to exhibit or advertise with GSCA, you will need to set up a profile and register to be in the system. By doing this, you will be allowed to have access to transactions you have made as well as view and obtain copies of receipts for your records. Setting up a profile will also allow for the clear distinction for not-for-profit and for-profit companies and prices will reflect accordingly. Setting up this profile allows you to have a free guest account.

Exhibiting Information:
Conference registration and exhibit space will be located in the main lobby area with the primary booths located on the Mezzanine level.

Reservations for multiple booths and conference sponsors will be given first priority on booth location. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wednesday, November 4:
Exhibit Hours                1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Thursday, November 5:
Exhibit Hours                8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Friday, November 6:
Exhibit Hours                 7:30 am - 10:45 am

Load In / Load Out Hours - Wednesday, November 4:
Exhibitor Packet Pick-Up and Move-In    9:00 am - noon
(Installation and Set-Up of Booth Materials MUST be completed by noon)

Exhibitor Move-Out  - Friday, November 6:            10:45 am - 12:00 pm
(Dismantle and Move-Out MUST be completed by 12:00 pm)

Advertising Information:

Another way, companies are able to get their message out to our attendees is by purchasing ad space with GSCA. We offer two ways to do this.

Advertising in the Conference Program Book provide an outstanding opportunity to reach your target audience. Circulation for the Conference Program Book is given to all attendees, with total circulation estimated at close to 850 attendees. Advertising in each book is an excellent way to drive traffic to your exhibit space and potential customers to your business. The deadline for artwork is September 13.

The Beacon is GSCA’s twice yearly educational magazine.  Circulation for the Beacon is sent to all members of GSCA, with total circulation estimated at close to 1,100 members. The deadline for artwork for the Spring Beacon is January 31, 2016.
