Conference Add-Ons

The following items are available for purchase along with your general registration. You cannot change your registration once submitted, so please have selections available before you begin registering.


Pre-conference Sessions (Wednesday, November 7):

    

Full Day ($100)

Pre-conference Boxed Lunch (date, cost) - description

Professional Development Form - the form and processing are included in this year's registration fee, but "yes" must be selected on your registration form.  A total of 18.75 CEU hours and 16.5 NBCC hours will be offered (this includes all regular conference sessions + full day pre-conference session).

Closing Luncheon Ticket for Guest of Registered Attendee (Friday) - $20

2018 Conference T-shirt (available in sizes Small - 2XL, not available for purchase onsite - $15;  available to order through 10/6)

 

2018 Service Organization Tshirt (dark gray, available in sizes S-2XL, not available for purchase onsite, $15; available to order through 10/6)

Registration Deadlines

 

Early Bird: October 6, 2017
Advanced: October 27, 2017

  • All Presenters MUST register for the conference by the Early Bird Deadline of October 6.  For complete Presenter Policy, please click here for:   Presenter Policy
  • All payments are due Net 30 or October 13, whichever comes first.
  • Cancellations are due in writing to info@gaschoolcounselor.org by October 13.  For complete Payment Policy, please click here:  Payments and Cancellation Policy
  • No-shows at the event will be charged the full fee. Cancellations must be in writing.
  • Payment in full is required for entrance into the conference. 

If submitting payment by check, please select the "bill me" option at checkout.  Invoices can be accessed for processing by selecting Manage Profile, then Invoices under Invoicing, Payments, and History section.  Checks should include the invoice number and/or name and be payable to GSCA.

Registration Completion

  • Please be sure to have all selections and information available as the registration form cannot be saved.
  • Once submitted, registrations cannot be edited and any changes must be processed by the Executive Office.
  • Membership renewal is available during the registration process if needed for members maintaining the same membership type. * * If you are changing membership types (student to professional, professional to retired), you must renew your membership at the new membership type, logout of your account, and then log in again to ensure the correct conference rate applies.
  • If meeting the payment deadlines presents a challenge, please contact the GSCA Office at info@gaschoolcounselor.org.
  • Requests for accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act must be submitted to info@gaschoolcounselor.org by 60 days prior to the first full day of the conference.
